For school & university students – exams deadlines are looming. It’s that time of year which causes us all a great deal of worry. We all know what it’s like bundling layers on as we sit in front of our laptops and books for hours on end…so to lift your mood why not treat yourself to a cosy layer from hoodie tee?
Here are some of our tips to keep your anxiety levels low too…
Avoid stressful people! It’s been proven that stress is in fact contagious, so avoid group study sessions and focus on your own goals. Playing with a pet is another good reliever. Apparently just 15 minutes with a cute pet completely relaxes you so call in a favour from a friend if you’ve not got a family dog. Lastly, Exercise is of course crucial. Just a twenty minute run can release those ‘feel good’ endorphins which leave us feeling rejuvenated and ready for the next study session. Or if you’re planning on hitting the gym for your fitness fix instead, spend 15 minutes in the sauna as stress can be ‘sweated out’ your system!
